This program encourages the development of KSR-HELPR traits, leadership, social skills, and builds community.
Morning Activities (program supplemented by Beach Cities Health District and supplies funded by the PTA)
Pacific's 4th and 5th grade students participate in an 8 minute morning activity, four times a week. This program is a component of the LiveWell Kids Program (Beach Cities Health District). Research has shown that exercising first thing in the morning provides a multitude of positive effects. The morning activity begins with vigorous exercise followed by a calming yoga/stretching.
