Thank you so much, Allyson Cozad and Sonal Panchal, for orchestrating an extraordinary Pacific Science Night! The event was a delightful fusion of education and entertainment. From creating bubbles and boats to experiencing robots, rockets, rubix cubes, magic, worm tea, wild animal encounters and even pollinating flowers with cheese puffs, every activity was a testament to your commitment to fostering scientific curiosity! Thank you also to the teachers, staff, and all the volunteers that supported and enriched the evening. A special shout out to all the Pacific students that showcased their work! The success of the night is undeniable, showcasing our Panthers' boundless enthusiasm for science!
5 classes are proud to be participating in the art display at Johnny Rockets on Rosecrans : Hubbard, Brunick, Rios, Patterson, & Marchini. If you turn in your receipt, a portion of the proceeds will go to Young At Art.
Pacific has partnered with Access Books and is collecting gently used books for K-8 students in Compton. Most of these children have only a few books of their own. Drop off donations in front of the office at Pacific. Monday, May 6th -Friday, May 10th. We are asking parents to sort their books by grade level prior to dropping them off. The books can be placed in the appropriate bins labeled K through 8th grades.
Come dressed in all your sparkles and join us Wednesday, May 1st from 7:50-8:10 on the upper playground for a special Taylor Swift themed Run Club! Run and dance to all your favorite Taylor Swift songs and earn a special guitar token for attending!
Author and Illlustrator Katy Farina of the Babysitter's Little Sister graphic novel series will be at Pacific on May 8!
On Friday, May 3, from 9:00-10:00 AM in the District Office Board Room. Come to learn about programs and supports for English Learners and multilingual students and provide input on ways that we can improve our program.
