District Wide Kindergarten Information Day

Where

- Cafeteria - Microphone/podium/screen/projector/as many chairs as possible. 2 tables in back for coffee, water and donuts. Trash can by each back door. - Help with AV set-up e.g. projector, cables for computers to link up ,etc Lawaii to set up equipment. - Break out rooms – café (GV), room 13 (50 chairs, TK), rm 18 (fill w/chairs, PK), rm 14 (fill w/chairs, Meadows), room 17 (fill with chairs,Robinson) Room 15 (kinder chairs, Pacific). -Room 30 to be open (with lights on) for guided tour by Mrs. Steinberg, but will not be used for break out session. -Outside east windows – 2 tables w/ 2 pop up tents (from Pacific) for sign ups -Outside door by 5th grade lunch area – 2 tables w/2 pop up tents for sign ups -Bathrooms (4th grade) -Open gates by office and zone @ 7:30 am Lawaii to set up the chairs the night before 2 easel stands for directional signage Manjiri Evans 415.722.0831
