Congratulations to Cameron Geida! The 5th grader at Pacific Elementary is the winner of the 33rd District Reflections contest for Intermediate Music Composition. His piece, “I Matter Because I Play Happy Music,” was chosen to move up to the State Reflections contest. Reflections is a national arts competition run by the National PTA to encourage creativity in the arts. Every year students are asked to "Reflect" on a theme, and then create a piece of art (literature, choreography, visual, photography, or film). This year’s theme was “I Matter Because…”
