DO:

-Wear a costume in which you feel comfortable and can safely walk.

-Leave your props at home and save them for later when you go Trick or Treating!

-Wear costumes that will NOT scare our younger students.

DO NOT:

-Bring any costume weapons: axes, scythes, hammers, swords, knives, guns, bombs, etc.

-Wear a costume that degrades or makes fun of other people or groups of people, or one that is disrespectful or mimics people in any way related to race, color, religion or creed, national origin, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or citizenship.

As for Masks/Hoods/Face Paint:

-Minimal face painting is allowed, but keep it light. Painted faces get itchy after a while.

-Masks and hoods can only be worn during the morning Halloween parade, but not in class.
