PROMOTION SLIDE SHOW (ALL STUDENTS)
Each year, a slideshow is created to run on Promotion Day, celebrating our students’ journey from those early Kinder days through their final year at Pacific. It’s such a special tradition and a wonderful way to reflect on how much they’ve grown. This year, Sarah Pins and Maggie Dehler will be putting the slideshow together.
📸 5-6 Photos of your Child
- Ideally 1 photo per year, Kinder through 5th Grade
- School-related photos only (first day of school, classroom activities, field trips, spirit days, performances, etc.)
- Individual or group photos are both welcome
📂 How to Upload Photos
- Please upload your photos directly to the Google Drive folder linked below: Pacific Slideshow Photos- Class of 2026
- When uploading, please label each photo using the following format: StudentFirstName LastName_Grade_Event
- Example: Billy Dehler_2ndGrade_FieldTrip.jpg
- Deadline to submit photos: April 24
We are organizing the "5th Grade Favorite Memories" section for the yearbook and will need a photo of your lovely 5th grader when they were a baby 😊.

- When uploading, please label each photo using the following format: Student Last Name, First Name
- Deadline to submit the baby photo: Friday, April 3rd
Step 1: Purchase your Love Lines HERE. They are $25 each. You will need your order number to fill out the Google Form below. Please do not fill out the Google Form until you have submitted payment.
Step 2: Use THIS FORM to write your message and upload your photo. If you purchased multiple Love Lines, you will need to submit a separate form for each one.
- Make sure photos are not landscape shots but more portrait style
- File types: JPG, PNG or GIF
- Resolution: A minimum of 640x800 px resolution or higher resolution
- Each Love Line can be NO MORE than 100 characters.
- Please make sure your Love Line wording is exactly how you want it to look (check spelling, grammar, spacing). Whatever wording you send will be exactly how it will appear in the yearbook so please check for any grammatical or spelling errors.
