IMPORTANT PROMOTION RELATED DATES AND SUGS

• This will take place on the lower field during from 12:30-2:45p.  
• Lunch, bounce houses, games and prizes will be provided.  It is a fun day for all! 
• Have your kids wear their Pacific Jerseys so they sign each other’s.

• Please make sure your child DOES NOT miss this day of school.
• We will need parent volunteers to help decorate the cafeteria for our Promotion Brunch on Thursday.

• Promotion Ceremony will start at 9:30am on the lower blacktop.  
• We will need help setting up the seats the morning before the ceremony from 6:30-8:00 am.

• A celebratory brunch will be provided in the cafeteria after the ceremony.  
• A Sign Up Genius for supplies, food items, set up and take down help will be sent out shortly.  
• We are requesting that each family participate in some way.  It really does take a village to pull all of this off.

• End of year Pool Party for Pacific 5th graders ONLY will take place at Begg Pool from 4-6pm.  We are using Class Funds for this party.  
• Food, games, prizes, and one last swim/dance party with their friends.  It’s always a fun event for these kiddos.  
• This event is strictly drop off except for those parents volunteering.
