We are starting the planning process for Pacific Parties for next year (yes...ALREADY). If you are interested in either hosting the same party again or if you have an idea for a party, or if you just want to get involved, please fill out this FORM.
What is a Pacific Party?
Pacific Parties are generously hosted by a few Pacific families. Then we sell the tickets to all Pacific families. The money from the ticket sales goes back to the Pacific PTA.
The Pacific Parties we’ve done in the past are tennis round robin, hibachi night, game nights, family runs, Top Golf, etc. The parties can range in size from 10 to 100…the sky is the limit. There is a ton of flexibility. The goal is to have a FUN activity to bring families together and raise money for the school!
What does hosting entail?
Hosting a Pacific Party entails planning, organizing and paying for the party. We recommend finding a group of friends to host the party with and splitting the cost/work of the party equally. The hosts of the party have the ability to pick the date, time, location and all the details for the party. The Pacific Party Chairs are here to guide and support the hosts through the execution of the party. We will help with the ticket sales and promote the party to the school. Each Pacific Party is a team effort!
